The Shoemakersville Fire Company has 2 caterers we use, Kathryn's Katering and Hess Catering Inc.. Below is the catering information for both companies. KATHRYN'S KATERING

SIT DOWN AND FAMILY STYLE MENU

Dinner includes appetizer, entrée, potato, hot vegetable, rolls and butter, dessert and 100 cups of coffee (includes regular and decaf), and hot tea.

Family Style: Add $1.00 per person adults

Children 3-10 are half price.

Children under 3 are free.

Appetizer (Choice of 1) Fruit cup or home made soups: Vegetable, ham and bean, chicken noodle, beef noodle, chicken corn rival, bacon corn chowder, cream of mushroom, broccoli cheese, beef barley.

Potatoes/Starches (Choice of 1) Potato filling, baked, mashed or parsley. Candied sweet potatoes, baked ziti, buttered noodles, rice pilaf.

Cold Vegetables (Choice of 1) Applesauce, cole slaw, pickled beets, tossed salad, pepper cabbage.

Entrees (Choice of 1) (Add another entrée for $1.00) Home made baked meatloaf $9.50, Roast Beef $12.50, Baked Ham $12.50, Roast Turkey $12.50, Chicken (Baked, BBQ, or Broasted) $12.00, Chicken Tenders in Mushroom Sauce $12.00, Sirloin Beef Tips with Green Peppers and Onions $12.25, *Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast $12.00, *Flounder Stuffed with Crab Meat $13.00, *Prime Rib Au jus $16.00, *INDICATES 1 SERVING PER PERSON.
